About
This is a deeply personal photography project that takes me back to my first steps on the vibrant streets of Brighton in 2019. I remember being captivated by the city’s eclectic charm: the colourful streets, lively architecture, and a buzz that felt both exciting and overwhelming.
Beneath this outward vibrancy, I was wrestling with a wave of uncertainty and anxiety. Being in a new place felt like being on unsteady ground, and my editing style, with its moody tones, mirrored this internal conflict.
Photography became my way of holding on to moments while sorting through my emotions. Each frame felt like a conversation between the city’s undeniable energy and the quiet, introspective space I needed to find my footing.
